Self contained, council approved, mobile butchery and cold room.

Slaughtered carcasses can be hung for several days prior to butcher, on location.

The range of cuts and processing including sausages and mince are agreed before service.

Cut out the long trip to an abattoir and the stress that this causes the animals. Slaughter and butchery both carried out at your farm or smallholding. Please remember that any animal slaughtered at your location can only be used for personal consumption, and can not be sold to the public.
